Like the flicker of a flame or the roll of the waves, each piece draws you in, telling a story with contrasting depths and elements.

At the deepest level, the creative process and the healing process have a connection like no other. Art is healing, a form of restoration that repairs the soul and, much like each piece, takes something fragmented and makes it whole again.

Everything on earth is made up of energy. So even when there is "nothing" there, there is energy.

Each piece is created with semi-precious gems, healing energy stones, and shells from the sea hand placed in a bed of liquid resin mixed with pigments from the earth that balance the energy that lies within.

Combining these elements with a visual medium such as art can bring profound healing. Energy healing with semi-precious gems or stones is an ancient practice rooted in the ideology that Ki flows within and around living beings.

River stones are quarried from ancient river beds, made by rivers, and stories long gone. These stones carry the energy of life within them and engage healing.

Hawaiian stones or "pohaku" stones and shells have long been thought to contain mystic healing powers that use healing energy through the colors of the rainbow. To the Hawaiians, rainbows are not just beautiful; they are sacred. There are at least ninety-two known rainbow varieties, each of which has a special meaning, most of which relate to a communication from the Hawaiian Gods. Therefore, Hawaiian healing is a powerful healing modality that connects you with the power of the rainbow, its healing colors, and the healing Mana, "spiritual life force energy "of the Hawaiian Gods.

As they protect the animal, seashells are believed to carry protective energy that stimulates intuition, sensitivity, imagination, and adaptability. The spirals are thought to act as lightning-fast conduits for profound change, sparking a graceful energy transformation at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels of being.

Sea glass infused with the warmth of the sun, the energy of the moon, and the minerals of the tide carry the ancient secrets of the sea within them.
